Berryville Middle School
At the Middle School, our students start
studying World History in the 7th Grade. They
study up to the Dark Ages. When they enter
the 8th Grade, they will take one of two
courses. They will either take Arkansas
History or the final semester of World History,
starting at the Dark Ages.
I like to begin the year with a unit on 9-11,
followed by a unit on the Constitution.
After the Constitution unit, my students will
split into their different courses. Half of them
will start the Arkansas History Class. The
other half will finish World History. They will
trade during the second semester
